OTHER USES: ONLINE ADVERTISING

Musique Nomade is committed to ensuring that this information is protected and that these third parties make the necessary commitments to this effect;

RIGHT OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION AND WITHDRAWAL

WHERE IS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION HOSTED?
We may host, store or process your Personal Information in Canada and in any country where we engage third-party service providers. This includes all the administration and management software we use for our internal operations.

DIVERGENCE BETWEEN DIFFERENT VERSIONS
In the event of a discrepancy between the French and English versions of this policy, the French version shall prevail.

ATTRIBUTION OF JURISDICTION
The Site is operated from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Accordingly, any dispute between a user and Musique Nomade shall be governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Quebec.
The courts of the city of Montreal (Quebec, Canada) shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute or proceeding arising out of the use of the Site.
CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY
Musique Nomade may revise its Privacy Policy at any time, to adapt it to any legal or technological changes, to make it consistent with any changes made to its Site or for any other reason. Your Personal Information will be treated in accordance with the policy in effect at the time of collection.
